Received the wrong order spent over 2 hours on the phone between customer service and the call center to get the right order. As of now, I still have not received my correct order. And being transfer to the store through the call center is a waste of time. No one ever pick up the phone at all. Very displeased with the service of Pizza Hut. I will no longer order from them again View all feedback.
These people were very rude when I attempted to change my order and continued to hang up on me. I never got my pizza or my money back. Stay away. Eat papa johns or dominoes

Never again.Took a chance and ordered a large Supreme pizza from this place. First time ordering here. Pizza was delivered roughly 45 minutes later ... cold. To top it off, the parmesan shaker, for which I was CHARGED an additional .99 was missing.Called the number listed for the restaurant and kept getting some call center with people answering the phone who could barely pronounce hello . That fact didn 't stop them from attempting to be straight up rude and even hanging up in my face when I requested a manager. Made me wonder where/how it was conveyed to a customer service rep that it 's okay to just hang up on a customer. No, I was not swearing, yelling, nothing of the sort. I merely requested a manager.Got me once Pizza Hut. There will NOT be a second time. Hope it 's worth it to you to have subpar quality control, a subpar product (this Supreme pizza looks ridiculous looks like somebody actually took the time to ensure that they put ONE piece of pepperoni, half of a piece of Italian sausage, ONE sliver of onion and ONE sliver of green pepper per slice of pizza), and below subpar customer service to boot.Marco 's on S. We created an online delivery order for a large cheese pizza, small fries and a 2 liter Pepsi. I received a text shortly after that the order was being delivered soon by a Door Dasher. It was left at my door as requested but the drink was missing. I texted through a Door Dash text but it was no longer valid. Then I spent over 20 minutes on the first call attempt and over 32+ minutes on the second attempt on hold waiting after customer service transferred me to my local restaurant. I just want a refund for my drink that never arrived and not a credit but an actual refund. Surely you can tell if there is an extra soda in inventory?
Employees will not admit when they have made a mistake even when you are standing in front of them and they try to sell you something you didn't order and try to tell you that did. When you perfectly know what you said. Not a misunderstanding but a point blank tactic to sell left over food that they couldn't sell from a previous order. Will never buy from that place again. The latin ladies does the best job at everything. No latin ladies taking my order no purchase. I wIsh I had names to mention in this. I also can get 3 meat lovers pizzas for the price of one of yours. SERVICE ATTITUDE is everything. Your pizza quality is good but employees at that particular store is driving away customers.
