Hardee's - DeKalb County

Pretty much every time I go, the food is super fresh the folks are always nice! I love this Hardee’s!! The Nashville hot sandwich is delicious!

I live near this Hardee's. The food is almost always good. However, I would say that the service and professionalism is subpar. This morning I went there prior to 8:30 and they said they had no steak, no jelly, no syrup and no ketchup. I find that unacceptable to be out of stock on those items when you have only been opened for an hour or two. And almost every time I visit this location they are out of stock on at least one breakfast item or condiment. In addition, they are inconsistent with their dine-in and drive-thru operation. In general I prefer to go inside, but a lot of times the dine-in is closed. However last week I tried placing an order in the drive-thru, and I was told to come inside because the drive-thru was closed. When I got inside there was a large group of kids from a charter bus, and the line was backed up. I left and didn't even place an order because of frustration. In closing, the food is good, but customer service/professionalism needs major improvement. The only reason I even visit this establishment is because of the lack of options in the area. I hope my concerns are addressed.
