If they were short staffed it didn't sound like it. We do enjoy the food here, they just lost our business for awhile.

One bartender, one w... read more Hubby and I was at the location in DeForest Wisconsin last week! Although very packed inside and out I must say our experience was awesome! One bartender, one waitress and two Cooks in the kitchen. The cooks were handing out menus serving food and busingtables as well! The food was phenomenal customer service was phenomenal! For as busy as they were they handled themselves veryvery well, customer service everything! It's not always that way, I guess we got very lucky with all the staff that was workingthat night! I do recommend BB Jack's! If you happen to pop in there on a night when Nico is your cook, you're going to love it!
