Kissner's - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Kissner's:
Food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. Young blonde waitress constantly on her phone, and although she had on a wedding ring she had all thrown over the men in the dining room. A group of us from Toledo came to this historic downtown defiance winery for some delicious first-class Rib Walleye dinner, great appetizers like Gizzards, Poppers, roasted Pickles Cheesy potatoes!
