Kfc - Defiance

Craved fried chicken, and definitely got a lot of fried chicken. Fill up box did exactly what it was titled to do, and filled me right up. Service was pretty good and the employees were friendly.

The worst KFC experience I've ever had. I went thru the drive-thru paid $29.99 for an 8 pcs family bucket. Original Recipe. Got home the chicken was over cooked the 2 legs were cooked together and the rest the chicken was dry and over cooked.

Don't go to the one in defiance because last time I was there they had nothing cooked. All I had was crispy chicken and pot pies. All the kids wanted was chicken strips and we wanted chicken sandwiches but they didn't have none of it cooked.

Did a mobile order and received everything in a timely manner. Inside needed cleaned up a bit but wasn't terrible. I believe it was the manager I had contact with and she was very nice.

Very friendly staff, managers could take some notes on customer service though. Via drive thru, we were asked to park for a couple minutes due to line behind us, and food was brought out very quick. Hit or miss whether the chicken will be dry or not.Only complaints would be managers and they messed up my sides. Staff was very quick to fix the issue with manager complaining about it.Been twice, and would go again
