Was SKIPJACK at Dunkin' a mag?
Fresh hot coffee, who could ask for anything more? The young lady at the counter was kind enough to take our Yeti mugs to refill. Saves cups and lids. As for Dunkin’ as a whole, aside from maybe two or three employees, the customer service is quite poor. Most of the staff in the morning seem to spend their time shouting at each other in Spanish, audible from across the store, while neglecting customers waiting for their orders. Staff is extremely rude, and does not have any kind of customer service skill. I was not even able to purchase my order, as they would not let me. I will not be coming back here. The dunkin in this area are awful. And a side note? It would help if your employees spoke the language of all of customers, not just some of them. Awful. Deserves zero stars. Food: 1
Said it was open but I showed up at 4:50 and it's not I was told play someone working at the gas station and another person who was shopping there that it opens at 5:00

Every single time i come to this dunkin, they mess up my order. it does not matter what it is, it always tastes like river water. this time my boyfriend ordered a mocha cold brew with cold foam and an iced coffee. they did not put cold foam or mocha in the cold brew, and they didn’t put any flavoring or cream in the coffee, just sugar. it even says “”mocha cold brew with cold foam” and “iced coffee with butter pecan and cream and sugar” on the stickers on the side of the cup. my boyfriend didn’t go back in the store and brought it to me. and i had to doctor it up. i would like to add that the employees are 95% of the time working by themselves, and my boyfriend says that the kid taking his order looked very confused. poor thing. learn how to train your employees correctly. i don’t usually leave bad reviews but i’m honestly fed up with this place. too bad this is the only dunkin in south deerfield.
