Wasabi Ginger Room - Deerfield Beach

Fantastic experience! I can't wait to return. The sweet and sour deep-fried dish was delicious, complemented perfectly by a smooth sauce. They offer both mild and spicy options. I really loved the atmosphere in the bar—it was beautiful! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

The sushi here isn’t good at all. It tasted old and not fresh. I even got sick after eating it. The veggies they use are not right either. It doesn't feel like a real Japanese place with real chefs.

When the bill arrived, I was shocked to see a charge of $16 for the tea. Upon inquiring, the waitress explained that each cup was $4. Wow! To add to my surprise, I noticed a staff wellness fee on the bill as well. Do I really have to contribute to her health insurance? Can I claim her as a dependent on my taxes? Frustrated, I decided not to engage with her any further, and the lingering smell of bleach was making me feel unwell. I paid the bill and left, determined never to return.

The sushi here is great, but the appetizers seem to be hit or miss. Our service varies too, I find if you sit on the bar side they're very attentive... on the other side you'll only see your server when they're bringing you something. The place is well lit, clean, and very nice overall.

Great service and fresh sushi! They have plenty of seating and the clean facilities. I also like how they dressed up the outdoor seating for those that are more comfortable outside. Great customer service as well. That's always a huge plus
