My first visit to this restaurant was fantastic—great food at a reasonable price. However, when I ordered the same chicken salad sandwich again, I was quite disappointed. It was excessively creamy, with what felt like a 5-to-1 ratio of mayo to chicken. While there was plenty of chicken, the overwhelming amount of mayo made it nearly inedible. I had to scrape off a significant portion just to make it manageable. When I called to inform them about the issue, the woman on the phone was dismissive, defensive, and seemed uninterested in my feedback. I didn't even ask for a replacement, but as a returning customer who works just two minutes away and wanted to continue ordering from here, I'm really let down. I'm sharing this photo to highlight the issue and regrettably, here’s my review.
