I always order to walk-in on the mobile app. My order is ALWAYS ready when I get there, prepared PERFECTLY and my coffee is always fresh and hot. Every employee is very nice and friendly. What Ana Ju doesn't like about Dunkin':
always get my orders wrong… almost as if it’s on purpose. I ordered a iced caramel machiatto… the lady kept saying iced machiatto.. and I kept adding to her “caramel please” and she would keep saying iced machiatto pls View all feedback.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with no egg and the cheese was not melted. The croissant looks like it’s from two days ago and the bacon looks barely cooked.
Used to be good. Over the past two years this place has turned into the worst Dunkin donuts that I have ever been to.
Always a long line here. Be prepared to wait and be late for work in the mornings.
This store has the rudest and unfriendest manager iv ever seen.she need to find a job that shes not around customers.
