We had been to this restaurant a handful of times now. It is always the best service when, who we believe to be the owner, is there. He is so polite, and service is quick. It's a bit more chaotic and a lot slower when he is not there. We were not in a rush, so we enjoyed the time. The food has always been great. They offer amazing brazillian and American options. This restaurant used to be excellent, but that's no longer the case. My Shrimp Stroganoff was overly salty, and there were more mushrooms than shrimp in the dish. Additionally, I ordered it with French fries, but instead received old potato sticks that weren't even crispy! View all feedback.

The food is ok, kind of expensive for the quality, but the reason I go is for the ice cream with the cake, it is really good! But as other reviews, the customer service is lacking severely. They do not check on you, if you need more water or another drink you have to go to the cash register, the store is ver hot and has no filtration. They take very long to bring your orders.On another note went there on Sunday and the time to close is 10pm went there at 9:30 just to Oder a to go at 9:30 (was not going to stay to be serviced) and they were already closed.The place has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs a lot of improvement and definitely needs to improve the quality of dine in service!!!
This place has the most amazing cheeseburgers. Not to mention my son is a picky eater and eats nothing but grilled cheese and dinosaur chicken nuggets. The chef went out of his way and made my son the best cheese sandwich ever. Thank you. My new spotFood: 5/5
