What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The staff on the morning of 4/17/22 were rude. I had to ask for my order and was then told to use a kiosk. Another customer was in charge and no one was helping. A employee just stared at me while enjoying a cookie. However, aside from the staff, the restaurant is a decent place. View all feedback.

I purchased additional dipping sauce, but was told that I could not have so many sauces with my meal, despite paying for them.
The customer service on the phone was terrible and when I asked to speak to the manager, they hung up on me. This restaurant is incredibly unprofessional and having worked in the food industry before, I know it's not that difficult to provide good service.

Love the fast drive thru but STOP ASKING ME IF I WANT TO USE THE DAMN MOBILE APP EVERY DAY!!!
