The service was awesome, food was perfect, the building was easily accessible, and kept very clean.

Apparently the management has decided that the 1:30 in the afternoon patrons have lots of time on their hands,resulting in a apparent shortage of staff. The protocol seems to be take the order, collect the money, prepare the order, give the customer their order then move on to the next customer. We spent longer waiting for the food than it did to eat the meal. Not complaining about the food or the server just the fact the girl on cash should have had a little more help. Score 4 food, 5 server 1 management. Definitely not Fast Food.

When I got back to the hotel, the... read more I usually receive good service at the KFC in Deer Lake. However, tonight I went there at 7:30pm and ordered a wrap for dinner. When I got back to the hotel, the wrap looked very flat. I took it apart and found only a few crumbs of chicken at the bottom of the wrap. I was disappointed with the lack of chicken in my order. Although I considered bringing it back, I was too tired to do so. Overall, not a good experience with the service this time.

Whe... read more I have been to this restaurant twice now and both times I ended up paying more than what was listed on the menu for my meal, even after taxes were included. When I asked about it, I was told that I must have made a mistake in calculating the taxes. On my third visit, I was informed 30 minutes before closing that they were closing in 5 minutes. The food quality at this location is not great, so I have decided to stop going there and will instead choose to dine at Mary Browns or A&W.
