We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. We would rate the rooms a 4 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the location a 5 out of 5. The hotel highlights included a great view and a quiet atmosphere.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The pasta was exceptional and the service was outstanding. The wine selection was also top-notch. We started with the sugar snap peas as an appetizer, followed by the Buccatini with a delicious pomodoro and pancetta sauce. The pancetta complemented the dish perfectly, showcasing the chef's skill in balancing flavors. For dessert, we enjoyed the beignets with a blueberry compote. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. While I would have preferred a cocktail, the staff were unable to accommodate custom drink orders. Perhaps offering pre-made options like a barrel-aged Negroni, old fashioned, or Manhattan would help streamline the drink service process.

Food drinks: We did not stay in the hotel but had dinner there. It was special. Service was slow but there were only two people covering the entire service area. Like so many places today they are short staffed. The service was professional and friendly. There weren’t any disappointments with the food. Elegant, well prepared and fresh. Even the hamburger one ofus had was superb. The sable fish was superb. If you want some of the best on Orcas this is the place,
