Stoney River Steakhouse And Grill Deer Park

Sadly either this place has gone drastically downhill or was having an extremely off night. Our service was horrible, the server was nice, but VERY inattentive. We were a party of meals came out after an extensive wait, the when the rest were about done eating. The GM did comp that meal, but the food was subpar especially for the cost, and with several mistakes throughout the night we will not be going back any time soon

The restaurant could not find my Open Table reservation and it was short staffed which reflected the slow service. This is not the norm for this restaurant as we've been there several times. The food was wonderful.Upon leaving one of the hostess' advised me that they did finally find the reservation and my points were credited.One issue I have with of restaurants in general is the noise level...bet I'm not the first to mention that

Food was good as usual. First time we ever had really bad service

Delicious gruyere steak burger and bistro chicken dishes along with accommodating staff who moved us to the fireplace table. and were able to make the sautéed spinach. Commenting because I noticed when checking out the new RESY booking system, that on the Stoney website menu, there are pictures of items which are missing off the actual menu. Examples no rice or spinach as shown in fish pictures, no more brussel sprouts, mushrooms replaced with wild mushrooms, and what looks like the horseradish topping on the fish could be some other breadcrumb mix not on menu either
