I enjoyed my lunch at this restaurant, with the food being quite impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was also commendable, reflecting a good level of attentiveness and professionalism. However, the atmosphere felt a bit average, which is why I rated it a 3. Overall, it was a satisfying experience!.
What User dislikes about Subway:
I visited this restaurant for a Friday night treat with my family, but our experience was disappointing. The staff seemed to view us as an inconvenience while they were very attentive to their friends. When I asked for a bag for our large order, I was told no bags were available, even though I saw other customers using them for takeout orders, including the person in front of me. Dirty. Employees touch your food, touch the cash register and touch others food with the same gloves.
The food was good, but I had a hard time understanding the server. The bathroom also left something to be desired.
Not as good as the Subway in Petawawa. They seem to always be out of one ingrediate or another. The portions of toppings seems to be less than you get elsewhere too. Staff are friendly but don't really say much.
It's Subway, nothing special or exceptional. It's a sandwich. The staff have the personality of a rock; but it's like that just about anywhere with this age group.
The guy working was very friendly.
