They told me the hotel was nearly full when it was hardly occupied at all then th... read more I booked my room through Hotel Reservations and I was overcharged and lied to. They told me the hotel was nearly full when it was hardly occupied at all then they assigned me a suite for 5 people when I explicitly said I was alone and needed only a single room. I ended up being charged over $150 above the cost of a single room. The hotel clerk was rude when I complained and showed no empathy at all. Buyer beware.
