(I managed to try a bite, and I do agree ... so yummy! My husband loved his bean salad and I had the most...amazing quinoa and pumpkin salad. It was full of flavour and so fresh. Good value, great service.

T... read more This charming takeout spot offers healthy meals, juices, and smoothies right across from the beach. The prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. The calamari and chips were cooked perfectly, and the juices were delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

Mark, the owner, has always been welcoming and we wish him all the best. They offer good take-away food, coffee, a small dining area, and a view of the beach. Do yourself a favor and give Munchies a try next time you're in Dee Why. Janet McGoram

I ordere... read more I stopped at this eatery as it was not crowded and easy to walk up to. There were a few tables out the front and inside but mostly people do take-away. I ordered coffee and food (a toasted smoked salmon bagel) and when it arrived...I sat at a table outside in the sun and watched the parade of people. This was a lovely place as it is not pretentious and the staff were friendly.

The coffee is delicious, and the green smoothie is the best I've ever tasted. The food arrives promptly, and the view is absolutely stunning.
