When I returned, my table was set for someone else. This happened at the Dedham location. The waiter is friendly, but this situation was frustrating.

You won't find better... read more This is by far the best IHOP I've ever visited. The staff is always friendly, the place is consistently clean, and the food is delicious. You won't find better breakfast deals anywhere else! Don't hesitate to revisit some cherished memories we've all shared here over the years!

Last 4 have been wrong and while that portion gets refunded- we still pay the delivery fee and tax and tip etc… just check the notes! Thanks!!
