The girl at the drive-thru was quite rude and talked about me while I was clearly within earshot. She seemed unable to distinguish between a "matcha" and a "latte." View all feedback.
I have to say I used to be able to go here and get my coffee getting it right but now I go and it’s always my coffees wrong and then the person behind the counter is arguing with you about the coffee when I said it’s not the right coffee it was black with no cream in it and it did not taste right I don’t know who’s running the place there but coffee is not great and the food hasn’t been great as well please get someone new in there to work the service is very terrible
They close at 9pm. I went there at 755 PM and they refused to take my

The staff there is excellent and very on
I had an awful experience at this restaurant. It all started when I got into an argument with the manager and one of her staff members, who messed up my coffee order. When I tried to ask who could remake my drink, everyone just stared at me. Finally, the manager responded, but when I attempted to explain how I wanted my coffee, she kept interrupting me. At one point, she told me to take my coffee order elsewhere in front of everyone. I won't be coming back until there's new management; there are no friendly faces at this location whatsoever.
