What Dean DeRaad doesn't like about Subway:
1 overworked poor guy running the place alone. He did a good job with as good as attitude as possible but simply unacceptable. Not fair or safe to have one guy here. And loads of customers. The 2nd star is because of the guy working, otherwise it would beone.

This subway is the BEST. Fine customer service and the best staff I've seen in the subway for a long time... forget the subway waukon. the decorated subway over the bridge in decorah has no problems. even some people complain about how metro messy is and drips on ya well the in decorah over the bridge gets everything spent for your time
I work there and they just started a new sandwich there that I have to try. It's the Italian hero. The atmosphere is clean, friendly and the service is great.
