Little Caesars Pizza - Decherd

I had to give this place a star because I waited 45 minutes for my order. Finally, I looked through the window and saw nobody was working on the orders for about 10 minutes. I noticed two guys playing with the dough instead. So I decided to go inside and ask what was going on. One of them told me the girl who takes orders was in the bathroom. I reminded him that I had called to place my order. He said his phone was off, and I asked if he was going to answer it. This was on October 4, 2022, at 5:52 PM, and I saw another customer being served their food. They apologized and offered me a discount, but that didn’t help because my order wasn’t even being worked on. If you're thinking about visiting Little Caesars in Winchester, I would hesitate.

The pizza wasn't exactly what we ordered, but the staff was more than willing to fix it and even charged it to my card! They were fantastic! I’ll definitely return!

No EAT HERE! The store is run by children who don't care about their job. They always try to close early so they don't have to make orders. They close the drive-thru early and stop answering the phones. I had little children with me crying because they had to go to the bathroom. I was in a hurry to come home so I can give her to my wife at home. I tried to order online and could not. I tried to drive through the drive-thru fast. There was a handwritten sign that said the drive thru was closed. I tried to call my order. After 3 attempts to call and no one answered, I had to unleash all car seats and take the children. After my order, I could drive the children home. I came back to the store to get my food and the girl arranged the wrong product. My 5 years old likes only a part of Little Ceasars. You didn't make it because it was beaten wrong. I tried to order it, and the lady who works said we're about to stand and can't make it. Seriously. I will definitely not be back. This isn't the first time it was anger to get food there.

The guy who took our order was to wear what if that's what he wants to wear and the business then allowed it to have, but he keeps call sweet and honey I think trying to get a reaction out of me, but I was kind to him, but he gave me the wrong pizza, so had to go back and the right, but someone else was in the window of that time

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. I?ve been to a lot of pizza places across the US, including a lot of Little Caesar?s. Some good. Some bad. But this one takes the cake. When we got the pizzas home I started pouring our drinks and my 4 year old opened the box and grabbed a slice. I didn?t think anything of it until I noticed something didn?t look right. THE PIZZA WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY RAW. The crust was mainly still dough. I immediately took it from her and my wife went up to the store because they wouldn?t answer their phone at all. When she did get up there even though the buzzard was going at the door to let store know there was a visitor there, they were all in the back on their phones not responding. Then when she finally did get someone it was a disgruntled teenager who claimed she was the manager. She didn?t seem like she wanted to help at all. At this point we didn?t even want just a refund but to let them know they are poisoning people. Finally we work it out where a general manager can come up there and give us a refund and she seemed just as unwilling to help but we at least got a refund which isn?t enough to cover my daughters hospital bills if she gets salmonella. Please don?t go here. The box was more cooked than the pizza was.
