Subway - Deception Bay

Just got to the subway 30 minutes before closing time and they have locked the door. When they saw me they quickly turned the lights off. Pretty disappointing service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just wanted to shout out to the lovely service I received this afternoon when ordering.Thank you to the three employees that were on shift not only was the service fast and friendly my son was busting to go to the toilet so the lovely lady walked him to go to the bathroom. Also they picked out the best and cheapest way for my order safe to say my boys birthday dinner was delicious thank you for your service really appreciated left there with a big smile.

I guess this load was recently sold by the old owners. we regularly drove past another subway on Wednesday nights to get into this subway because the staff was always bubbly and friendly, regardless of how close it was. looks as if it had been sold to an Indian franchise who hardly knows what they are doing. Do not stop what they demand and are extremely slow. the whole bubbly happy staff is gone. unfortunately we will probably find somewhere else.

I ordered a package and another support both with different salat I called the load to tell them that the wrong salat had given me on my package and all that they could do was tell me to get a refund from menu log or pick up another day. I have been very disappointed about their service tonight and they have not been able to replace them immediately I was really angry
