On a Saturday night, I ordered one large five-piece garlic parmesan tenders, which were well-seasoned, crisp, and tasty. I had a side of celery with my blue cheese, which was delicious. I just came to this location and though the sign says they are open from 11 until midnight, the workers inside just told me they are in fact closed. WHAT?! This location is View all feedback.
Every single time I go to this location around 11/12 they are closed. This time there were other people inside and the employee told me they were closed. This is like the third time they did this.
Poor customer service. You never know when they are open or closed. Showed up at 4pm on a Monday and the doors are locked. Staff inside and no sign on the door. I'm knocking for a few minutes before they yelled through the door closed. Why is the customer service always so poor at the Wingstops in black neighborhoods. Ugh!

Ate in. Wings we're good. Bathrooms are NOT for customers despite what the sign outside and on the restroom doors say.
Placed order on line pickup time was 4:48pm I got a text that the order was ready so I arrived there at 4:49pm and the lady said there’s 4 orders ahead of you I told her I received a message that the order was ready she said i don’t know why the system always said it’s ready because we fill orders the way there placed in store and order line and fill the order that way so she told me we will work on it and it will be another 20min she could not give me a refund because I placed the order online so I left the restaurant at 5:20pm.
