What KEITH GOINS doesn't like about Whisk'd Cafe:
Food was different but fair. Just not my thing. Clean and friendly. The western scramble lacked real western. Potatoes wet great. Coffee was weakish but free. Very nice folks working there. More of a skinny jean place then for a hungry man pricey for what you get . Met people there and half were done before others served. Maybe I just got the wrong meal for me. View all feedback.
Delicious... first time here and would highly recommend it we had the Decatur Omelette and Strawberry French Toast... both are worth the try!!!

You MUST try this secret gem of a place in Decatur! The breakfast was awesome and the service was true southern hospitality! Bonnie, the main lady greeted us with a smile, friendly open nature and great laughs. The other waitress, I can 't remember her name, was awesome as well. What a team. The food was so good. We were visiting from Canada and ate here twice. Trying different dishes. The Omelette was THE BEST, I have ever had. My friend 's brother is a chef and I had to let him know that this was a 5 STAR egg dish that he had to beat. I don 't think he will, it was delicious. Please support this local business. You won 't be disappointed. And if you are looking for the murals around Decatur, the wings are just a few steps from this heavenly restaurant.
We had visited Whisk’d when it was at the location on Grant St. since that visit it has moved not sure if it’s the same owners or not. My daughter had a big test and she passed and wanted to go to Whisk’d to celebrate. SHE WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AND ALSO LEFT HUNGRY! I got the veggie omelet with fruit and potatoes $13 and coffee is free. My daughter got the chicken and waffles the chicken appeared to be dark meat not even a breast and only 1/2 a waffle and some fruit in a cup for around $11 if correct. I took the fruit back because something black on strawberry. The lady that was working the counter wasn’t very friendly. When she went to get another fruit cup she PUT HER UNGLOVED HAND IN IT! SHE WAITED ON PEOPLE SO I DIDN’T THINK HER HAND WAS CLEAN. This visit was at a new location on Johnston St. made me wonder if they have the same owners. Based on this visit not worth the money or the visit. Not sure if I will ever be back.
Can't wait for this place to come back.Still salty about them getting shut down by paperwork, not their fault though. The city really whiffed it on this situation..
