T... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. A waiter approached our table and asked when we would be leaving because the owner's children wanted our spot. This was incredibly unprofessional; they didn't even offer to move us to another table. I won't be returning, and I've shared this experience with my friends and family, so we all agree not to come back. I was very upset and dissatisfied with the way we were treated.

On the menu it says root vegetables but it doesn't say which root vegetables.. when our server was taking my order I had asked for a salad until I found out they had brussel sprouts which by the way were delicious, I asked them to cancel my salad but they brought it anyway and still hit me with the upcharge. My go to... read more Always a favorite in Downtown Decatur. This restaurant never lets me down and is always the guest favorite. Staff is attentive and the food is amazing. My go to meal here is the drinking pork chop, twice backed potato, and the classic old fashioned. If it’s your first time try the hot rock, always a group pleaser.

Try the french onion soup, fish, filet, roasted cauliflower, lobster tacos with homemade slaw( to die for), pork chop. Everything I have eaten so far has been AMAZING!!! Servers aren't the greatest. I shouldn't have to ask for a refill on a drink, I would like them to ask how everything is after a couple bites of food, and to check again towards end of meal. I am a server and those two things are top priority at my job. These have all been times where the servers were NOT busy. Will return for both lunch and dinner!! UPDATE Aug.2, 2018: Jim has been our server, he is supurb!!! He remembers what we ordered last time, keeps drinks filled, and checks at appropriate times!! We will ask for him now anytime we go! Food continues to be delicious and consistant!!!
