8.22.19 As I walked in, the vibe of the atmosphere was a bit hipster. I was greeted by Hannah, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the store and the menu. I had the bulgogi, dduboki, and some ramen. They were all great. They also have a bar for drinks. Next door is a ice cream shop, that is connected to this restaurant.
Everything was great! There was no wait to be sat. Our server was prompt and very helpful. She knew the dishes and beverages well and could explain everything in detail. The food was also delicious! The cheesy corn small plate was tasty. The ramyeon was spicy(as described) but had a ton of flavor. Also, try some soku! It was tasty and refreshing.
Good small plates here, and excellent service. Fun, cozy atmosphere. We will definitely come back to try more.
I am very pleased this place opened up in our neighborhood. The flavors are pretty traditional, but the dishes have a contemporary flair and are all very well executed. The crispy bulgogi beef is perfect, and the squid and shrimp dish has a nice garlicky spicy flavor. I have found it to be a nice place to grab a bite of food on a quiet evening.

Really interesting menu and well done both in terms of flavor but also presentation. Mussels were a hot simple in preparation and flavorful. Spicy Dukbokki had that sweet spicy sauce you'll learn to love along with the burn. The ramen was as advertised hot with a nice set of toppings and tons of flavor. Short ribs were cut with forks and melted in the mouth. Only digs are lack of descriptions on the menu and a bit cold and drafty albeit terrible weather that night. We'll be back.
