Papa Johns Pizza - Decatur

We ordered 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 chicken BBQ. It came and the whole pizza was covered with BBQ sauce 1/2 was cheese and 1/2 was the chicken and pineapple mixed with pepperoni. Called and was told they can 't make 1/2 and 1/2 with any specialty items. Mind you every other pizza maker can make Hawaiian pizza without making BBQ sauce all over. If she had just said sorry we 'll fix it instead of making excuses and intimating it was my fault and spending 15 minutes doing it I might order from there again. Domino 's will be out new pizza purveyor!

The pizza was bad, there were literally 4 mushrooms on my large pizza. Yes, I counted, because I ordered extra mushrooms.In addition, the delivery took over 2 hours. They no longer use their own drivers, they rely on DoorDash to deliver which is just terrible.Manager said he would email/upload a compensation to my account but haven’t gotten anything.If I ever do see compensation, I’ll try a different papa John’s, because this one has gone to the dogs.

Extra sauce, well done, pepperoni with the new calzone crust!!!! Great in store pickup experience. These guys deserve a raise!!!

I love that we always order on the app and the time it tells us it will be ready is true, always the best time to spend picking up my favorite

The pizza is always fine, but if you order extra garlic sauce it never comes. Not a big deal, but very annoying.
