What User doesn't like about O'charley's Restaurant Bar:
We have eaten O'Charleys several times here in Georgia and South Carolina and Tennessee. I don't blame the waitress that she was really new. But my oldest daughter who ordered the salmon. I brought it out over season. We sent it back, the waitress was very apologetic together with the manager. But at that time we finally have their meal back to her. We've all been done for 15 minutes. Our medium rare sirloins were cooked to perfection! Ask for Denyse as your server, she kept us smiling the whole meal, she’s awesome and has wonderful energy!
This is one of the family's favorite restaurants in town. Our server was great and the food was very good as usual. The seafood platter is one of our favor choices.
Denyse was awesome, and we enjoyed the new menu. Surprised how light the crowd was on a Saturday night. Hopefully business picks up. We will definitely come back, and next time we'll have to save room for dessert!
The place was dead when we walked in around 3pm on black friday the place was extremely clean and we were seated in the bar area. I didn't get our server's name but she was all over it, taking care of us plus doing 3 or 4 other jobs in the meantime while two other girls were just watching from inside the bar. The food was awesome, the Appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip) Entrees (Cajun pasta)
Great customer service and I was just there for a Uber Eats pickup
