I'm sorry to see that some people had bad experiences...mostly because deliveries couldn't be made quickly. But as for our family, we've been using Monical's for many years....our kids are ages 36-50 years old, and they went after high school football and basketball games. What Heaven Champlin doesn't like about Monical's Pizza:
unfortunately, the quality control is pushed on pizzas. south shores is never good so we order from mtz, but last two times pizza is almost black on both a thin. View all feedback.
Pizza good, service could use help. they must be adequately occupied for dinner; Hopefully it was just one night.
Very disappointed by monicals once again! for the price they pay for this pizza, it should be cooked to perfection! our large pizza was very soft and teigy.

Took 10 minutes just to get someone to ask me if I would like a drink. Ordered a deluxe Supreme (thin crust) all I could taste were the banana peppers. Worst pizza I have ever had. Won't be returning.
The person at the register was super friendly the seating area is very nice great little pizza place.
