Everything looks run down and not maintained. Was pulled ahead where I waited for 16 minutes in the drive thru lane. Chicken tasted like it was fried in old dirty oil. Fries were cold. The young man cleaning was pleasant. He came out and said hi and asked if everything was ok. Sounded genuine. TIP...the rest of you could learn hospitality from that young man.
