This Dunkin' Donuts location poses challenges with its awkward parking and drive-through setup. It would be more convenient if parking and drive-through service were easier. Unfortunately, I couldn't go inside to dine, possibly due to the time of the evening, which is understandable.On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. The staff, despite not having a few items from the menu I requested, were polite. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt considering the late hour, but it's worth mentioning that Dunkin' Donuts is known for having everything available on their menu. Maintaining a well-stocked inventory ensures customers can enjoy the treats they expect, contributing to a positive and happy experience. I hope they work on keeping items in stock to consistently meet the expectations of customers seeking a delightful Dunkin' Donuts experience.
This is by far the worse dunkin donuts in the area. 90 percent of the time they do not have anything you request, Simple items like DONUTS! Close this location ASAP!
Only came here because panola is under remodel but it’s a waste. They gave me an iced coffee that was sitting and not freshly made. This location needs to close asap! Lobby is dirty!
The food is always a little warm, not hot at all. The young lady needed more help at 5:30 am.
Nice people and best manger works here, she don’t have time for no bulllshit and i found that very interesting! She is strict in good way!!!! Nice and sweet black girl work in the front too. She greets everyone.
