What G G doesn't like about Domino's Pizza Office:
I ordered lunch for myself and my supervisor yesterday. I left a request on my receipt for my delivery to be taken to the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the lobby that anyone can use. Well, my delivery was left unattended in the lobby. Anyone could have gotten it and walked off, and I would have never known. I tried to call the store several times but there was no answer . I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and I asked for NO MUSHROOMS. not only did I get a ton of mushrooms I barely had any meat on it. Then call to have my sandwich replaced and NO answer. So y'all mess orders up and how do we call to have our food replaced?? Y'all got to do better
Canceled my order, I guess because they were too lazy to deliver it in the last half hour of being open. BS ?
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. When I inquired about their unresponsiveness on the phone, the manager yelled at me, mentioning her pregnancy. I had waited on hold for 45 minutes and then drove there to address the issue, only to be met with disrespect.
On May 26, 2022, I ordered food from Domino's at 6:00 PM. The website indicated that delivery would take 30 to 45 minutes. By 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received my order. I attempted to call the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. I paid for my order with a credit card, and while I understand they may be short-staffed, they should at least inform customers if their orders will be delayed. I also reached out to the corporate office and left a message asking for a callback, but I never received a response. I've spent a significant amount of money at this location over the years, but the decline in customer service is disappointing. I will no longer be spending my money here.
