The employees seem more focused on chatting and making bird sounds than paying attention to customer orders. One customer in front of me ended up with items added to her burrito that she didn’t want, forcing her to have it remade entirely.
I attempted to use the app for delivery three times, and each time they delivered the wrong order. It was also challenging to contact customer support, and when I finally did, they were either unable or unwilling to assist.
