I get the honey chipotle chicken crispers w/ 2 sides and a drink almost every time I go. They raised the price, (which I understand everyone has) but at the same time went from 6 crispers to 3 (that were more breading than chicken) and from 2 sides to 1 for a higher price. I'll pay a higher price for excellence, not that.Food: 1/5

I typically don't write reviews for chain restaurants, but we frequent this establishment often and the food is always excellent. It's impressive how consistent the quality is. The service is also very good, even though there appears to be a high turnover rate. This is a great spot in Decatur for a delicious and casual meal. Food: 5/5.

In all the years we have dined at Chilis, I’ve never had to walk out. We were seated by someone who obviously did not want to be at work then sat for almost fifteen minutes and never acknowledged. We were passed by several employees who simply looked down and away. Incredibly disappointed because this is not “our” Chili’s.
