I had an everything bagel topped with garlic and chive cream cheese and bacon, and it was absolutely amazing. The bagels are freshly made every day, and it tasted like it had just come out of the oven. I also ordered a caramel latte, which looked beautiful and tasted just as delightful! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be adding this to my list of go-to breakfast spots.

The staff is often unfriendly and can come across as abrasive or rude. The overall atmosphere feels toxic, with staff giving rude looks or making unkind comments. The only staff members who seem to be pleasant are the two guys preparing the bagel sandwiches. There are times when the bagels are ready to be served, but the rest of the staff lacks organization and fails to provide timely service.
