Where do I start? The windows are dirty only drive thru is open homeless people sleeping around the building like it’s a homeless shelter people walking up to the drive thru ordering food hold on I’m not done playing loud music out of the establishment like it’s not a franchise. The employees are rude and disobeyable. which franchise owner allows customers to treat them wisely. the female man who works there should be released immediately. this place is closed basic, how to treat customers.

Waited for two hours and the order got cancelled without explanation.
This is a horrible location if you want what you specifically order. They love to give you any flavor but the one you requested, whether it be on UberEats or in person. I’ve tried both to give them the benefit of the doubt. They just don’t like to read or pay attention. Also, don’t expect one of the workers to speak to you during your whole transaction. He took my payment and gave me my card, incorrect order, and receipt without a word. He’s amazing.
Love it especially when they have fudge instead of chocolate syrup.. No thank u
