I feel bad making him go the extra distance to Starbucks but this location never listens to howyou order your coffee.

I knew the extra shot would cost... read more During my next visit, I made sure to request an extra shot and some liquid cane sugar on the side, just to avoid any mistakes. I knew the extra shot would cost $1.35, but I was taken aback to find out that the side shot was now priced at $2.25. I believe this reflects poorly on customer service, and it seems like the staff might have some personal issues to address. I spoke with Michele and Angie, who both firmly insisted I was mistaken and that I had to pay the $2.25 for the side shot. After this experience, I've decided not to return. The Dunkin' in DeLand offers much better service, and the staff there is genuinely friendly. To make matters worse, I received a call from Dunkin', and Angie hung up on me without responding to my return call, which I found very unprofessional. It’s a lovely location, but the atmosphere is overshadowed by the behavior of a few employees.

By the time you reach the window, your order is already ready to go. My iced coffee is always spot on. The manager does an exceptional job running the store, always on site and making sure everything runs smoothly. I've never seen a manager work as hard behind the counter as she does anywhere else. Hats off to everyone at this location for a fantastic job!
