Although immersion isn't possible at Wendy's, the lady who served me during my carless visit was truly wonderful. I've had negative experiences in the past with unhelpful and unfriendly staff, but at this location, I was pleasantly surprised. All my praise goes to the person who assisted me. Terrible experience! After waiting five minutes in the drive-thru, one of the two employees finally noticed me. I asked if they would be open at 6:30, and she simply replied, "We are not yet open." I then inquired about when they would open, but she said she didn't know because she hadn't helped any customers yet. Last time I was there it took 35 minutes for my order. They had me sit in the lot to wait. My food came out cold and they did not give me my drink. The girl got an attitude that I wanted my drink and never came out with it.

Had a spicy chicken sandwich that was a brick and a very sloppy burger. Pure trash. Don't understand how on earth you can knowingly give a customer garbage?? My stomach is still messed up to the point I'm hoping I don't have to go to the doctor.
