Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Dearborn

The drink tasted like ice! I spoke with the person who was making my drink (bahama Mama), and I told her that the color was not right. She said, That 's how it should look. When I came home, it tasted just like ice, as expected. I 'm unsatisfied with the service. I 'm a on going customer, therefore I know my drink well. I just wish there was more customer service. It would have helped if she had said, I 'll add more or see what I can do, but she blew me off. I love this cafe and their beverages. I am just unhappy that I was not heard.

This place is 5-5-5 star place its a really nice environement with a friendly staff. shoutout to one of the workers sadiq he really takes his job seriously and improves the mood of the customers. deserves a raise what a man.

This the best tropical smoothie hands down.they food is always fresh and good and everything is always up to par.. I love the costumer service and the energy in the atmosphere it’s perfect I wish their rating was higher
