Starbucks - Dearborn

We are frequent visitors to the Starbucks on Michigan Ave in Dearborn, and the outstanding customer service from Zander keeps us coming back. As soon as we arrive, Zander warmly greets us and remembers our usual orders. If our preferred brew isn't available, he promptly suggests making us a pour-over, a service not provided at other locations. While Starbucks generally offers a great experience, Zander's dedication and passion for his work set him apart from employees at other locations. If you're in the area, be sure to look for him—he is truly exceptional and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the perfect cup of hot coffee. He never disappoints, and we always leave with a flawless drink! Just check out that picture!

To enhance the overall experience, they also offer the option to order ahead via the app, which is quite convenient. The wait times can get pretty crazy, but that's just due to the high volume of customers combined with the bustling nature of Michigan Avenue. The frappé was absolutely perfect in every way. I’m consistently impressed with the service here, the friendly staff, and the positive attitudes of the crew. In my opinion, this store should set the standard for Wayne County. They also offer beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. If you can’t find a spot in the front lot, there are plenty of spaces in the parking structures behind the building. What makes this place even more special, aside from the amazing service, is its location in the heart of downtown Dearborn. You're surrounded by parks, restaurants, workout spots, and more. The restaurant has banners in the window that say "Ramada Mubarak." I’ve heard a lot about this religious holiday, and it sounds wonderful—especially the emphasis on giving to the poor and children. I asked when they would put up a banner wishing everyone a blessed Easter, but they just stared at me. So far, no Easter banner has appeared. It seems like if you’re going to celebrate one holiday, you should acknowledge all of them. What’s it going to be, Starbucks?

The staff is extremely nice welcoming along with quick service! My drinks are always well made : Shout out to Lara for going above beyond! <3

This place is definitely the place to go!! They were quick, and my drink and sandwich was sooooo very good. It’s a great atmosphere to sit and dine also. I remember coming here to do homework or to have a chat with friends. It’s a very welcoming spot to visit.
