What Marcy Swenson doesn't like about Kabob Iraqi:
Meat was well seasoned but very cheap cuts w/lots of gristle. Hummus salad was good but not amazing. Atmosphere is bright LED lights bottled Kirkland water. If you have to eat here, the chicken tikka is OK. I generally love dives ethnic food, but I'm not a fan of this place. View all feedback.

You’ll never forget that place They made special kabab
This place hits the spot every time. Can’t complain that the Iraqi Kabob is too greasy because IT IS SUPPOSED to be. Best when eaten right off the grill…. Don’t wait to take it home to eat it. Fried fish is also great tasting.
My new favorite restaurant in Dearborn. The food was really fresh snd tasty. Friendly service.
No matter how hot it is outside, it’s super cold inside, each booth/table has a vent blasting cold air right on top. No joke. It was 90 outside and we needed sweaters inside. Ordered a couple mix plates of Kababs and tekka, $16 each, and hummus, which was a little on the courser side, I think it needed more tahini. They also served regular khubs bread and some traditional Iraqi style trapezoidal bread. The chicken, lamb and beef was fresh, juicy and perfectly cooked. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Loved it! The experience is quite authentic from the second you walk in till you receive your food, no frills, make sure you go hungry.
