Einstein Bros. Bagels - Dearborn

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location, I came in around 10:15 am today March 7th, I approached the front and asked for a mixed half dozen pack of bagels. The lady who was working at the time clearly heard me say mixed and as she was packing my box, she put 6 of the same kind of cheese bagels. I stopped her and told her that I'd like to pick my own bagels out as I said in the first place. She loudly exclaimed that I should've said that in the first place. She yelled at me, and I asked her why she was angry and she said I should've said something in the first place. This was clearly a lack of professionalism and respect for customers on her end and there was no need to make such a scene about something so small. This store needs better management and better employees.

I love when my bagels come out perfectly made and it always happens when Vanessa makes them. Keep up the great work and thank you!!!

Great bagels and I love the Nova Lox sandwich. Decent prices, some indoor seats. Closes at 2, so get here early!

This location was very quick service, but bagel seemed as if it wasn 't cooked thoroughly.. Strange food experience . Probably won 't return to this location. Your employees, mean everything! Einstein Bros!

I tried two new bagel sandwiches and they were excellent. I ordered online and walked right in and my order was ready. I recommend this restaurant.
