Casey's - De Soto

We stopped at this Casey's on a recent trip and it was great! Super clean, nice restrooms, and decent snacks. This is one of their newer locations and it honestly lives up to the hype built around them. Definitely on the same par as QT, which is a big win if you're on the road.

Great gas station and store. They have breakfast pizza that is amazing!

More expensive gas out here. Line was very long, so I didn’t bother going inside to get something. This was in the morning. Other time I went here, the cashier couldn’t figure out how to do a power ball ticket, he seemed new, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

I paid for a $17 deluxe taco pizza and received a basic hamburger pizza at pick up, when I called in to correct the error after picking up an incorrect pizza, a very reluctant employee and manager answered the phone. Stuck with the wrong pizza and the total. Horrible customer service, will be picking up a frozen pizza from here on out.

This location is incredibly slow. Always have one one person working the register when other employees can jump in and help. Doesn’t take long for a long time to build up. I’d suggest the other location closer to Lawrence.
