The absolute worst KFC in the country, its horrible and consistently. Not just the food but the service, the atmosphere is pathetic. The MAIN problem with this place is the management, everything else would get better if they got someone with a littlepride to run the place. We've only been there 5-6 times in the last three years and not 1 of those times were we happy. I wouldrecommend eating dirt before i would recommend Dequeen, Ar KFC.
Ordered a 5 peice 5 tenders box with 2 sides both mash potatoes...... but got a 3 piece tenders with cold and soggy fries I'm done going to this store the charged me for the 5 piece too
I received the wrong order, and the staff member who prepared it wouldn’t acknowledge their error. That said, the food was absolutely delicious and reminded me of classic Kentucky Fried Chicken.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was cooked perfectly, served hot, and seemed to be fresh. The service was excellent, and my meal was delivered to my table quickly. The interior featured air conditioning units or ventilation systems mounted near the ceiling, which was a bit unusual, but overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
In my view, the manager at the counter was unfriendly and appeared disinterested, which reflected the attitude of all four employees I encountered in the restaurant. We were eager to enjoy KFC since it's not easily accessible in our area. It seemed like they were short-staffed and possibly lacking proper training, and likely underpaid as well. The food was decent, and overall the experience was just okay. I would only consider returning if I had a strong craving for KFC.
