Mcdonald's - De Pere

I actually cried because you guys got my order wrong. I’ve never more in my life been looking forward to having mcchickens and then bamb ruined because I asked for no mayo and it was slobbered with mayo; not just on 1, but on both the sandwich’s I ordered without mayo.

Cold soggy frys , diffently not even the c team working that day.

I love McDonald's French fries. They are better than another place.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility parking and entrance into the place.

If negative stars where an option I'd give this store -100 because it is absolutely terrible. It's clearly run be incompetent people or can't handle basic tasks. Whatever you do don't do a mobile order at this store because there's a 50/50 chance they'll just forget about your order and you'll be left there sitting for 20 mins or more. Don't bother calling either because the workers are incompetent and can't answer basic questions like why is my order taking so long.

Husband went at 11:15 pm because it is the only McDonalds listed as 24 hours nearby. Building was definitely open and employees inside. They never once answered the intercom and when he pulled up and waited he saw them in there. He tried to knock on the window and the employee came to the window, grabbed his iced tea, looked at my husband and then walked away. Afterwards, reading through all these reviews, I don't know how this location hasn’t been shut down.
