I have a negative review of the Arby's branch located on the main road. I had to contact the store and speak to the manager, JJ, to address an issue. However, despite the problem with Arby's, JJ provided amazing customer service. I also want to commend the lady who filled in for the manager, Freddy, while he was on holiday. View all feedback.
This Arbys in Green Bay is one of the best. It is cleaner than others and has mostly adult employees, which is a big plus. My order was complete and the food was freshly cooked.
I tried the hot honey boneless chicken with a soda and found that it was very filling. The chicken was delicious and not overly spicy.

Always good food. Clean toilet and restaurant. The staff was really friendly and the food was fresh. I stopped going home for two hours and it was worth it!
