Nice place, nice staff, but if you have specific dietary requirements, they don 't know how to deal with them very well. I was told in advance on the telephone... read more Nice place, nice staff, but if you have specific dietary requirements, they don 't know how to deal with them very well. I was told in advance on the telephone that a dish was suitable within my dietary restrictions, only to be told in the restaurant that this was not the case. The menu contains symbols to indicate that dishes are lactose free possible or vegan possible , which is hopeful, but then it turns out that this is not actually the case. It is also striking that according to the menu, some dishes could be vegan, but would not be lactose free... the two should go hand in hand. I ended up eating a very simple natural vegan pancake it had little taste and only came with an almost empty bottle of syrup as a topping, so that is not recommended. The rest of the group had an okay meal very simple, but nothing wrong with it. Dietary restrictions: The staff is not well informed about how to deal with dietary requirements and incorrect information is communicated both by staff and on the menu. Not a nice place to eat with dietary requirements/restrictions.
