Rio Verde Mexican In Dekalb -daniel

This restaurant serves the worst Mexican food I have ever had and the service was terrible. It felt like I was paying for dog food. If someone enjoys rude service and bad food, then this is the place for them. When I called in to place an order, the person taking my order put me on hold and forgot about me. I had to call back several times and ended up having someone pick up my lunch without even placing an order beforehand. When the food arrived, it was not what I had ordered and was unpleasant. I tried to get a refund, but the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to compensate for the mistake. I regret ordering from this restaurant and will go to a different place in the future for good Tex Mex food and better service. It was a waste of money and I will not be returning.

We are new to Antidote and Mexican cuisine is important to us, so we decided to try Rio Verde and we were extremely happy with our experience!

Poor service, multiple errors in our order. The waitress seemed more interested in socializing with friends than attending to her tables. Additional charges for items that were supposed to be included with the meal. Not recommended.

Bad service, has order wrong on several things. the waitress talks and hangs with friends instead of taking care of their tables. was extra for items that were spun to come with meal. would not be recommended here.

Beef fajitas and chicken fajita salad were excellent t!!
