T... read more The staff at Arby's are friendly, but most of the food leaves a lot to be desired. No matter which fries you choose, they're always cold, hard, and dried out. The buns are also tough and stale. The beef itself is actually good, but everything else that comes with it isn’t. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich, which was overloaded with sauces we didn’t expect. As soon as she picked it up, the sauce spilled all over her shirt. She also got the mozzarella sticks, which were okay but nothing special. They definitely weren’t hot, even though we waited over 10 minutes for our order, expecting they were being freshly prepared. Instead, they were just sitting around waiting to be served. We've had much better experiences at other Arby's locations within 20 miles of this one.
