We used to come here every Friday and we absolutely loved it. The food and atmosphere has always been fantastic and we always brought friends and recommended it... read more We used to come here every Friday and we absolutely loved it. The food and atmosphere has always been fantastic and we always brought friends and recommended it to others. However the service here within the last 3-6 months has really gone down hill. Today we came in and just wanted to have something small with some drinks. We ordered a large queso and a large guac. The server we had took our menus and, after delivering our dips, never returned. When I finally went back inside from where we were sitting on the patio and asked for more chips, the server brought us back a basket that wasn’t even half full for 4 people. We also never got to order drinks. After waiting for almost an hour I went back in to ask for the bill. I noted the issues we had with our server to the person who cashed us out and instead of receiving an answer, the man laughed and asked if I wanted a receipt. I think that more training for the servers is absolutely necessary because it is a big issue every time we come in. We are very disappointed and hope things improve for the future.

About noon on a Sunday and not ma... read more Arandas is always very good, MANY choices, and so willing to accommodate (as today we had two sloppy preschoolers in tow.... . About noon on a Sunday and not many had yet arrived to eat. We enjoyed sitting outside and they did everything they could to provide tables, highchair and tables to accommodate the 6 of us. Always so many options on their menu. Excellent assortment including authentic mex and a couple of texmex options as well. Their website online menu is very up to date as to see all that they offer. Excellent food, shrimp ceviche, pork carnitas fajitas (special order , fresh horchata, ......easy parking (we had ridden our bikes and just parked them beside our table . Great job, Arandas! Well done.
